A plan grounded in your data.
A three-month opportunity baseline, one buyer, one channel and a written target. We agree what qualifies before we build.
B2B SAAS / SELLING THROUGH SALES CALLS
Your product sells when your rep meets the right company. We build the campaign that gets suitable buyers to that conversation.

01 / THE CAMPAIGN
One buyer. One main channel.
A connected route to sales, built by FPRX.
Agree the company, role and need worth reaching.
Use existing traffic first. If ads fit, choose Google Search or LinkedIn.
Reuse what works, or build a calculator, case study or assessment.
Capture interest. Ask a few questions. Give suitable buyers a booking step.
Four or five emails help interested buyers take the next step.
Pass the buyer, their need and their source to your rep.
Track accepted opportunities and cash collected from attributed sales.
FPRX builds and measures the campaign. Your sales team handles the conversations and closes.
02 / WHAT YOU RECEIVE
The first month gets the campaign live.
The guarantee runs for 60 days from launch.
Days 1–7 · Set the baseline
A three-month opportunity baseline, one buyer, one channel and a written target. We agree what qualifies before we build.
Days 8–21 · Build the path
One resource, one capture page with a filter, four or five emails, a sales hand-off and the channel campaign. Built to work together.
Days 22–30 · Review and launch
Your approval, a tested buyer journey and a day-30 report. Source tags, a CRM field and an opportunity sheet connect the work to sales.
60 days from launch · Measure
A weekly 15-minute check and up to one adjustment a week until day 60 after launch. Accepted opportunities decide the guarantee.
A second buyer, extra channel or extra page is separate paid work. Any ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform.

If accepted qualified opportunities are below the target agreed in writing within 60 days of launch, we refund the fixed fee in full. The agreed conditions apply.
Count accepted opportunities
against the written target.
A fixed fee to start, plus a variable share of cash collected from new customers attributed to our campaign, for their first 12 months of payment. The variable still applies to attributed cash receipts if the fixed fee is refunded. Amounts and the share are agreed in your proposal.
05 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS
UK and US B2B SaaS businesses with paying customers and someone who can close sales. We first check that you need more suitable sales opportunities. If your main problem is closing the opportunities you already have, this Sprint is not the right starting point.
Choose a time and share your website, whether you have paying customers and who handles sales. We review your website before the call. Together we discuss your opportunities, sales cycle, budget and fit, then agree a clear next step. Booking does not commit you to a Sprint.
From your baseline, buyer, sales cycle, channel and budget. The quantity and criteria are written down before we start. Without a reliable baseline, or a target worth pursuing, we do not sell the Sprint.
A person from the agreed company type and role, with the agreed need, who requests a demo or call through our campaign. We record the source and date. Your rep accepts it, or gives a rejection reason based on the written criteria.
Your rep closes. FPRX builds the campaign and passes suitable opportunities to your team. We measure accepted opportunities and attributed sales, but we do not guarantee sales, revenue or new customers.
We first check traffic you already have. If ads are needed, we choose one main channel: Google Search, or LinkedIn when Search is not viable. You pay the platform directly. Ad spend is separate from the Sprint fee.
About four hours over the first 30 days: a one-hour kickoff, access in week one, a weekly 15-minute check and two reviews. Your sales rep also needs time to respond to each opportunity within two business days.
There is a fixed fee and a variable share, both agreed in your proposal. A campaign opportunity is attributed when it becomes a paying customer within six months of entering. The variable is calculated monthly on cash collected during that customer’s first 12 months of payment. You share a monthly receipts report, checked against read access to billing. It still applies to those receipts if the fixed fee is refunded.
A second buyer or channel, extra resources or pages, CRM setup and content calendars are paid extras. Running the campaign after day 60 is agreed separately. Extras have their own delivery dates and do not delay the main launch.
